Valuation & Transaction Feasibility Assessment (VTFA) - Given that the business ownership transition process can be a long, uncertain and sometimes intimidating process, Links Capital has developed a service that provides insight into the valuation, financing and the transaction process, called the VTFA. Links’ experience in all aspects of corporate finance provides them with the unique ability to assess your company’s value, obtain insight into potential acquirers’ level interest in acquiring your company(on a no-names basis), provide perspective on financing capacity for a transaction and deliver recommendations on how best to prepare your business for an ownership transition. During the VTMA exercise, we also assess the feasibility of other scenarios including Management Buyouts/Management Buy-ins as well as give you information on what to expect from the business succession process. The VTFA can be used as a valuation tool or as a baseline for initiating the business succession plan, whether the ultimate transaction will occur in the next 6 months or 5 years in the future.
